The risks of lifting and lifting are the basis of many occupational accidents and medical absences in various sectors. Theory content: Legislation and responsibilities with risks and points of interest Basic human anatomy and physiology Consequences of physical overload with back problems and neck complaints Nutrition, exercise, sleeping and stress with good fitness and effects of alcohol, drugs and medication Advice regarding standing, sitting and lying posture Practice content: Tools and techniques in practiceWorking positionLifting and lifting techniquesPulling and pushing techniquesTechniques for lifting loads with, among other things, attention to the correct postures, looking for support pointsPracticing the techniques with objects of different sizes and shapesUse of mechanical aids and machinesSynthesis of the training with opportunity to ask questions and discussion Target group number of people: Every employee who wants to work on his health and, more specifically, on back prevention.
