Earth-moving machines basic/refresher
Earth-moving machines are there for those times when manpower is in short supply! So these machines are used for moving soil. This includes the mini digger, wheel loader, articulated mops and wheel dumper. High demands are placed on operators of earth-moving machines when it comes to working safely and responsibly. It is therefore important that your employees comply with the most recent safety requirements. Operators of an earth-moving machine such as a mini digger or wheel loader must be in possession of a certificate. During this course, the experienced student learns to work safely and responsibly with these machines (depending on the type chosen). Theory content: Safety and legislation. The mini digger: parts, drive, control, excavator arm, stability, load, lifting capacity and working methods. Inscriptions and terms: CE- marking and type plate Check before use, starting and stopping the engine Working and driving along public roads and safety during work Check after use: parking, refueling, lubricating, transporting the mini digger Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Practical content: Handling an earth-moving machine of your choice exercisesPractical test Target group number of people: Only experienced drivers allowed! Max. 4 to 6 people in 1 day (depending on the type of machine). Didactic material: Theory: classroom or theoretical test of ready knowledge Practice: earth-moving machine outdoor space to practice Location: Company internal or on location Medoh (Aalter, Moerbeke, Aalst) Timetable: Theory: classroom (3 hours) or theoretical test 20 minutes Practice: classroom ( 5 hours) or practical test 45 minutes per person
