Creating safety awareness and safe behavior in the workplace contributes to the prevention of accidents. This requires different skills. Employees must be able to address colleagues about their unsafe behavior, but in practice this proves difficult. Managers also play an important role in behavioral change. They therefore benefit from starting to discuss safety and safe behavior, encouraging and complimenting instead of checking and punishing, and setting a good example. As a specialist in emergency services, Medoh regularly participates in safety days organized by companies.
